What does Prima invest in?
Prima says it focuses primarily on major investments in real-estate and company projects, and uses calculations of returns from projects it is working on to set plan earnings.
Are plan returns guaranteed?
Yes. Prima guarantees the scheduled return stated for the selected plan. Daily credits begin after the initial payment is approved and follow the plan's 30-day schedule. The original principal remains locked and is tracked separately.
How much can I start with?
The published plans start at 2,000 XAF. Each plan shows its daily credit and stated 30-day total before you choose.
Can I withdraw my original principal?
No. The original principal is locked under the plan terms. Withdrawal requests are made from available credited earnings, starting at 100 XAF.
Does a withdrawal request mean an instant transfer?
No. You can request a withdrawal from available earnings, but outgoing Mobile Money transfers are handled manually by staff. A request does not mean an instant transfer.
When is a referral rewarded?
A directly referred customer's first approved initial investment credits a one-time reward at the percentage shown when that customer registered through the referral link. Signup alone, rejected payments and upgrades do not earn that reward.
What if I lose account access?
Use the verified recovery email to reset your password. If you cannot use that email, open account-access help from the recovery screen. A declared name and phone alone do not authorize an account change.
